Holiday home
A large and spacious house with two mirror-image apartments and a breathtaking view, featuring carefully curated furnishings and bright, airy interiors. Completely renovated in 2015, the house offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday—your perfect oasis of relaxation.
Casa Martina / Apartment A is located on the ground floor, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility or disabilities. It includes a spacious kitchen with dining table, sofa bed, and TV with digital channels, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Casa Martina / Apartment B is on the first floor and features a large kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. All rooms have exposed wooden beams.
A spacious balcony allows you to enjoy the sunset with a glass of fine Collio wine.
Next to the house, you'll find a large garden with table and chairs, a fountain for washing bicycles, and private parking. Pets are welcome!

Casa Martina is located in the peaceful and sunny village of Polizza, overlooking a stunning view of the valley.
Polizza, a hamlet of Stregna, is a characteristic village of the Natisone Valleys.
Just a few meters from the house, there is a trail leading to the Dughe mills. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach Tribil Superiore, from where several hiking paths start, including the Great War Trail and CAI trail 747, which is part of the Alpe Adria Trail route.
