The recently renovated house features two entrances, a covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a spacious bathroom, and three double bedrooms. It also offers the option of adding two more sleeping spaces with a double sofa bed, accommodating a total of six to eight guests. In front of the house, there is a wooden pergola with a roof, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Upon prior phone reservation, it is possible to arrange the rental of various types of bicycles and, if desired, guided tours.

Location

The property is located in a quiet, independent setting, offering panoramic views of the Cosizza River valley. Not far from the house, there are several access points along the river where guests can cool off and let children enjoy nature up close.
