Check-in at our reception is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A self check-in option is also available at our accommodations, upon prior payment and submission of the required documents.

What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 15 days in advance. In any case, it is recommended to contact the booking office calling the +39 338 202 5905. or send an email at info@slow-valley.com
Are Pets allowed?
Not all accommodations allow pets. We recommend checking the individual accommodation’s page to see if pets are permitted. Usually, a cleaning fee is required. For any questions or further information, please contact our office—we’ll be happy to assist you.
What types of payment are accepted?
Debit card, credit card, or pay-by-link on our website at the time of booking.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and must be paid via bank transfer. For the final payment, in addition to bank transfer, cash, POS, and credit card payments are accepted at our reception and at the Hostel in Tribil di Sopra.
Is the cleaning fee included in the final cost?
Are there situations where extra costs are expected?
Cleaning is included in the price. Some accommodations may charge an extra fee for additional guests or if guests stay in separate rooms.
Is a minimum stay (es. minimum two nights) required for the booking?
It depends on the accommodation. Some places allow bookings for just one night, while others require a minimum stay of 2–3 nights.
Is a baby cot available?
Yes, it’s available in every accommodation.
Is late check-in available? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, the late check-in is possible after 8pm. An 20€ extra fee will be applied.
Is late check-out available? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, the late check-out is possible in agreement with the reception if the accommodation is available. No extra fees are applied.
